The successful applicant will be expected to take in excess of 500 calls per day and achieve at least 15 completed lead applications per 7.5 hour day. Targets and expectations are worked out according to working hours. The overall objective is to generate profit for the business and all decisions are made with this principal at its core. It is essential to have telesales experience with a strong desire to succeed and ability to hit targets to qualify for the Call centre (CC2) role.
