June colleague(s) of the Month

For over 12 months Reactiv has been running colleague of the month to thank an individual for their hard work and dedication in the role that they play within the company, for that particular month. The growth of the company in the last 6 months has made it very difficult to choose an individual in two very different areas within the business, the call centre and back office staff (which includes, accounts, customer services, production, digital and sales).

It was decided to award two people in June:

Big congratulations go to Ian Mattu (Call Centre) for never having a day off sick and never late to work in a morning. Ian is a committed member of the team and consistently achieves targets that have been set. And if necessary, works overtime to meet his target. “He’s a good lad and a great role model to his peers” says Carol Peter, Call Centre Manager.

Our second colleague of the month for June goes to Arran Ferrie (Accounts / HR Manager). Working in a very busy department, in fact having two roles within the business, Arran has put much effort and his own time in to meet tight deadlines set. “There was no hesitation to why Arran was nominated and chosen for June colleague of the month” said Adrian Spencer, General Manager. “For such a big department and with only 2 people to do all the work, he worked extremely hard.”

Congratulations go to both Ian and Arran who both receive a £50 bonus and a bottle of wine or box of chocolates.
