July colleague(s) of the Month

Congratulations to go Michelle Westwood who works in our CC1 call centre, the 'ideal' employee to have working for any business. 'Michelle is very competent in her role and has consistently achieved her target for the last 6 months in a row' says Call Centre Manager Carol Peter. 'Whatever it takes Michelle will work overtime, including Saturdays to hit target, which gets Michelle her bonus every month'.

Reactiv's second colleague of the month, awarded to one of our back office team (customer services, sales, accounts, digital and production), goes to Dane Fleetwood. Dane has worked in our sales team for over 3 years and has consistently over achieved his forecast which in June was 160% and July 135%. 'Dane is an outstanding member of the team and certainly worthy of the award' said General Manager Adrian Spencer.

Both Michelle and Dane walk away with the pride of becoming Reactiv's July 2011 colleagues of the month, £50 cash and a bottle of wine.
