Outbound Call Centre Expansion

 

Already!?! It has been 15 months since Reactiv moved into their new offices having only 18 full time call centre staff. Now there's over 70 staff walking through the door every day. Call centre manager Carol Peter now wants to upsize to 120+ seats by Christmas. When asked ‘Why?’ Carol repied ‘we want to try out new lead generation projects for our clients, we’re ready now. It’s taken a good 6 months of hard work to get where we are. Our clients are happy, the quality of service we provide is excellent and the team we have are fabulous, a great bunch of agents. And we’re now seeing all the hard work paying off.” she said with a Cheshire grin on her face. “I’m really excited for the future.”

 

Reactiv Media looking to increase lead generation in the call centreDoubling the size of the call centre will allow Reactiv to double lead generation and of course increase revenue for our clients. "It’s not an easy challenge. We have to source new desks and IT equipment, ensure all the lines are in and working, upgrade our in-house CPS call centre app., not to mention getting new recruits. We now have a bonus scheme that works for the whole team. Do your job well and hit target, equals a bonus. 75% of our call centre staff hit bonus in July. A happy staff equals a happier customer, a happy customer equals a happy client, a happy client is a happy Carol.”
