The new direction comes after several years of growth and venturing into new and exciting sectors. With the strong brand Reactiv Media has created in recent years, the company is excited to pursue this new direction and create a Group that will become one of the largest in the region.
One of the biggest highlights of the Driven 11 Conference, held at the Bowers Mill, was the intention to hire over 1,200 people in the next 12 months. New opportunities were offered to existing staff as well as a detailed structure on how and where these new roles will be created. Managing Director, Tony Abbott is delighted to finally bring to light a plan lasting over two years.
"This has been in the running for around two years now, but we needed to prepare accordingly and pursue avenues that would bring the most potential. Reactiv Media has become a market leader and demonstrates the skill sets we have as an organisation. Over the last few years we’ve naturally diversified into new sectors such as digital marketing and finance, but we’re excited to be able to re-brand these areas and bring in some exciting new ventures."
"Reactiv Apps and Reactiv Solar are in particular exciting developments, as well as the acquisition of a respected local brand such as Fat Cat. Our plan is staggering, and hiring over 1,200 new staff members is a huge undertaking. But we are committed to Elland and the area as a whole, and we feel we can help kick start the local economy. In a years time Reactiv Group will demonstrate just how exiting our plans for the future are."
Reactiv Group will remain at the Elland offices and have plans to purchase more land around the area, as well as securing offices throughout the country. The new structure starts immediately and will roll out over the next few months.
