Unique Updating Procedure
The unique approach means that the whole database is completely updated every 17 months via telephone research, raising the industry standard considerably.
The updating sequence is determined by an analysis of adverse indicators, such as County Court Judgements, changes in payment trends, receiverships and liquidations.
As these events are the key predictors of both change and business failure, we use this information to score each town and business sector in order to prioritise call lists for our telephone and field researchers.
Other databases are updated in rotation while our process reflects real changes in the UK economy and allows us to present this to our customers in a much more efficient and timely fashion.
In total we make 500,000 updates to the database each month.
